01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the U888 VIP platform, accessible at u888-vip.app and through the U888 VIP mobile application. By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

U888 VIP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use U888 VIP, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of U888 VIP or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with U888 VIP or any PAGCOR-regulated operator;
• Not have had a previous U888 VIP account terminated for breach of these Terms.

U888 VIP reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on U888 VIP. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify U888 VIP immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

U888 VIP will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

U888 VIP supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100;
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• U888 VIP does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified U888 VIP account;
• GCash withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes after approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days;
• U888 VIP reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on U888 VIP are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, casino games, fishing games, politics markets, and other offerings. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant game or market pages and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. U888 VIP does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted under the applicable product rules;
• U888 VIP reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement;
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, U888 VIP reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes;
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement;
• U888 VIP reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player who is identified as a professional bettor or who consistently exploits pricing errors.

For live in-play betting, odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message. U888 VIP is not responsible for bets that were not successfully submitted due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

U888 VIP offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional vouchers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Voucher page and individual promotion pages.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of each specific promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or markets specified in the promotion terms;
• U888 VIP reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on U888 VIP. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any software, game, or system on the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing U888 VIP staff or other players;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

U888 VIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered U888 VIP players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform;

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the U888 VIP platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of U888 VIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any U888 VIP trademark, logo, or brand element without express written authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of U888 VIP intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by U888 VIP.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, U888 VIP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are corrected in accordance with these Terms.

U888 VIP's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

U888 VIP collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations;
• U888 VIP does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements;

12 Account Termination & Suspension

U888 VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification checks;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player;
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or PAGCOR;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off requests.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, provided no legal hold applies.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting U888 VIP support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

U888 VIP operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by U888 VIP may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact U888 VIP's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

U888 VIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the U888 VIP platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
